
I decided to lose weight when my 40th birthday was looming. I gave myself 18 months but was delighted to reach target sooner than that. I chose the 'Back to Basics' diet which allowed me to eat normal foods and to my delight the weight just kept falling off. As the weight came off I started to walk everywhere. This also enabled me to go swimming and play badminton - something I could never have done when I was 19 stone. I just feel great now and want to give my thanks to Super Slim especially Viv who was my group leader.
